Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Glove. The product is in private beta. Features marked “coming soon” in the app are not part of the service. This is not legal advice and is not a claim of SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR certification, or ISO 27001.

The service

Glove lets a workspace configure an AI agent that can join a live demo room, drive an allowlisted product in a remote browser, answer from approved knowledge, record the session, and produce leads, CTA clicks, summaries, and follow-up drafts. A human host supervises. You are responsible for the product you demonstrate, the knowledge you upload, and messages sent to prospects.

Accounts

You must keep credentials secure and use an organization you are authorized to represent. Organization roles and permissions are enforced in the product. Do not share host rooms or admin access with people outside your workspace.

Acceptable use

  • Only demonstrate products and domains you are allowed to access.
  • Do not use the remote browser to attack, scrape, or access systems outside your configured allowlist.
  • Do not upload knowledge you do not have the right to store or that contains secrets you are not willing to process with our subprocessors.
  • Obtain recording consent from participants. Public replay is off by default; if you enable it, you are responsible for who receives the link.

AI-generated content

Agent answers, summaries, and follow-up drafts can be wrong. Review them before sending to a prospect. The agent should stay on approved knowledge; it can still misstate details.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the limits published on the pricing page and in your billing settings. Usage limits may block new sessions, products, or metered minutes when you reach the plan cap. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

Availability and beta status

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during beta. Integrations labeled coming soon (CRM OAuth, inbound email, attendee saved history, white-label domains) are not included. We may change or retire the legacy Daily video path as LiveKit becomes the commercial runtime.
